Evergreen - Rome

Room had great air conditioning, but no breakfast was served on-site.

Warm and tidy room with a bathroom was enjoyable. The hotel was set in a central area just off the biggest metro station in Roma Termini. Central district was worth exploring;))

As a solo traveler, I loved being steps away from local gems like Ristorante Pizzeria Andrea and Forno Fagiani, where I sampled mouthwatering pizza and pastries. The room was solid for the price and clean, what more could I ask for?

It was very positive stay beacouse we had reserve room with shared bathroom but, Stan offered us for same price a room with private bath. We racoment this this guy - Stan from Reception desk, , he is from Poland , but is speaking about 7 languages. It was great, I 'll be definitly back to Evergreen. Il will recoment Evergreen to all my friends I know.

The room was a nice size with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and a writing desk.

Ideal and fairly clean place overall with excellent location close to the center. The rooms in bar for breakfast. Delicious food, friendly and supper friendly staff who were sleeping on the floor behind the reception desk. Location next to where's the shopping district as well as the metro, Termini statio, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes...

The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning services that keep the space fresh. I loved the effective air conditioning, a blessing during the warm summer days. Plus, the convenient location right next to Roma Termini station made exploring local attractions super easy.

Alles Gut .Location was directly across from Termini station. Receptionist was friendly and very attentive. The hotel was good for access to the shops and for transport to and from the airport and around the city. In room free internet Laptop, Air con for free and was working very well.

The location was ideal. We were able to walk to many great parts of the city . Hotel was very conveniently located near the main train terminal there in Roma and also within easy walking distance of access to the hop-on/hop- off buses to tour the main tourist historical attractions. The room was clean, and did not feel cramped. We appreciated the availability of laptop in room and internet at no charge.

The location near Termini station is excellent for travel. The breakfast options were very limited and disappointing.

As I saw a lot of comments of the other customers for this hotel saying that when they reserved the rooms with shared baths hotel gave them the rooms with private baths in same conditions and price . Hoping the give me the room with private bath so I have booked in Evergreen. In fact , when I arrived in Hotel I was actually surprised all the rooms of Hotel were with private bath , they gave me also the possibility to choose the room , of course I took the big one and with private bath. I am absolutely glad of the professionalism of the people working there . I understood that they have a big experience in tourism and they know what to do to make the customers as more happy is possible .

It was a litle bit dificult to find place , beacoue of problem with the desciption on the wall. We called them and they told us they are close to Mino Restaurant in same street , and they came also imidiatly.

The hotel was central, but in a quiet location. The rooms were nice .Hotel staff was amazing... ... location was super and the rooms were cleaned daily... The front office staff was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about the area and things to do... Wifi was very good .First we a bit surprise coz the building not look like hotel at all but it's like a small hotel share each floor which Euro located on 3nd floor... Hotel is quite good and very helpfull staff !! we stayed there 3 nights and they clean and change towel everyday !! love it !! worth to stay

Clean and spacious accommodations made our stay enjoyable.

We faced several issues that marred what could have been a pleasant experience. The communication with the reception was poor, leaving us worried about check-in instructions and payment procedures. The towels were rough, and the mini-bar was not functioning.

We have booked a room with shared bathroom but they gaved us a room with private bathroom. It's clean. Good water pression. The location is very good if you like to walk... It's possible to go to many places walking a few kilometers, or take the metro to Vatican or Colosseo. There are good restaurants and markets in the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was working very well

How it stacks up, my honest take

A wonderfully affordable stay with friendly staff who provided excellent local dining suggestions. The location is just a short walk from the main transport hub. Rooms are compact but clean, perfect for quick visits, though be prepared for unconventional heating. Would recommend for budget travelers!
